Job Description:

 As a Senior HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our human resources functions. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing plus conducting onboarding and orientation programs

- Handle employee disciplinary actions and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including reporting requirements, recordkeeping, and documentation.

- Manage employee performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvements to HR processes and strategies.


1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.

3. Progressive work experience of 4-6 years in HR roles, with a focus on HR policy development, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.

4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities,

7. Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as SAG Infotech's Genius software and/ OR other HR-related tools.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
